Each stage asks for a number of a particular monster and a training fee, with a real chance of failure and a rest between tries.

One click from the leader puts a prompt in front of every online member: the location, a countdown, and they are there.

Leaders withdraw from the guild safe through the guild window, limited by an amount you set and a wait between withdrawals.

The leader writes one message and every online member gets it privately, not as another line of chat that scrolls away.
